Claire started the 9th grade today at Gallatin High School. She had a good day, and came walking out to the car in the afternoon smiling and chatting all about it.
This semester she is taking World History, Wellness, Theater, Algebra, and Study Hall. She likes her teachers, and has some friends in most of her classes. It was like a reunion – she got to see kids that she hasn’t seen since elementary school.
She bought lunch in the cafeteria but said they don’t give you much food and she was starving, so she’s going to pack it tomorrow. She likes that you can sit wherever you want, and that they have vending machines.
