We spent Christmas at home, and it snowed! The kids opened their gifts that morning, decorated gingerbread cookies, and James cooked us a delicious dinner.
A few days later James and I got dressed up and went downtown to celebrate our 25th anniversary with dinner at Kayne Prime. We had some time to kill before our reservation, so I asked him to stop by JoAnn Fabrics so that I could buy some yarn (now that’s romance!)
For New Year’s Eve we headed down to Birmingham again for a party at Sally’s house. Our cat Muffin made the trip with us.
